Should I use my phone or a computer to apply for the rebate?
A:You can use either, but a phone with a camera will make it super easy to submit your receipts.
Q:What if there's a problem with any of my receipts?
A:Don’t worry! If we run into any issues with your adoption or PEDIGREE® product receipts (like we can’t read them or they have invalid dates, for example), we’ll send you an email and tell you exactly what we need. Just be sure that email doesn’t get stuck in your junk, spam or clutter folder; it will come from [email protected].
Q:What if I make a mistake while uploading a receipt?
A:No problem! Just email us at [email protected] and one of our team members will respond promptly.
Q:What if I'm having trouble participating in the program?
A:Please email us at [email protected]. Include as many details as possible about the problem you’re having and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as they can.
