Benefits of adopting a shelter dog

No matter what shelter you go to, you'll find lots of dogs in need of a good home. When you adopt from a shelter, you're doing more than saving a dog's life. You're making room in the shelter for another dog in need or increasing the chances of a dog being adopted by allowing them to stay at the shelter a little longer. 

Adopting also helps form a special bond and strong relationship between a pet parent and their rescue dog. That can mean a loyal, affectionate and attentive dog for life.
