Q:
What do I have to buy?
A:It’s simple! All you have to do is purchase $25 or more of qualifying PEDIGREE® products (as specified in terms & conditions) from Dollar General between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24. Keep your original receipts; you’ll need to submit them by 1/31/25 as proof of purchase.
If you’re not a Dollar General customer, don’t worry! You can still participate by making your purchase from any other retailer between 4/1/24 and 6/30/24, as long as you submit your receipts no later than 7/31/24.
Q:What are valid dates for my product receipts?
A:If you shop at Dollar General, your PEDIGREE® product receipt(s) must be dated between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24 to qualify. If you shop at any other retailer, your receipt(s) must be dated between 4/1/24 and 6/30/24.
Q:What information should be included on my product receipts?
A:Your receipt or receipts need to include the retailer’s name, date of purchase, which PEDIGREE® products you purchased and how much they cost. We need a clear picture of your entire receipt. Be sure it's in focus, well-lit and that we can see the whole thing. If it’s too long to fit in one picture, you can fold it, but we have to be able to see all the information we mentioned above.
Q:Can I submit more than one product receipt to reach the $25 requirement?
A:Absolutely! Once you start the simple rebate application process on PedigreeLoyalty.com, you’ll be able to upload your PEDIGREE® product receipts one at a time. If participating in the Dollar General program, all receipts must be from Dollar General. If you are participating in the national program between 4/1/24 – 6/30/24, you may combine receipts from all non-Dollar General retailers. So, if you already have your receipts handy – along with your dog’s adoption receipt – now’s the perfect time to get started!
