• Our Food

At PEDIGREE® we believe our food can accomplish great things.

That's why we created the PEDIGREE® Feeding Project. To provide more shelter dogs with a consistent, nutritious diet, helping them stay happy and healthy as they wait to find a forever home.

All dogs featured were securely leashed during filming

The PEDIGREE® Feeding Project provides select shelters with our food at absolutely no cost, allowing them to use their limited resources on what really matters: finding loving homes for more of their dogs.

The nutrition in our food supports the overall health of dogs with a focus in four key areas: skin & coat, oral care, digestion and immunity. This is especially important for shelter dogs, many of which have been deprived of a consistent diet and aren’t as healthy as they could be.

To learn more about our food and find the right kind for your dog, use our FOOD FINDER

*The PEDIGREE® Brand will donate PEDIGREE® Food for Dog to select shelters,
up to 10,000,000 8-ounce bowls. Valid only in the 50 US.
All dogs were securely leashed during filming.

  • The Shelters

We're helping shelters find loving homes for dogs.

There are over 5,000 community animal shelters in the United States. Though many of them have a lot of dogs, they often have very little money to provide these pets with the care they need. The PEDIGREE® Feeding Project helps ease their burden by providing select shelters with our food at absolutely no cost. To see how one of these shelters, Animal Welfare League of Chicago, was able to transform Duke from an abandoned dog into a happy, healthy pet, watch the video below.

In addition to Nashville and Chicago, the PEDIGREE® Feeding Project is now providing food to select shelters in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Detroit/Flint, Michigan.

You can help your local shelters by volunteering or making a donation of any items they could use. We guarantee that the dedicated employees and their pets will be very appreciative. Or you can join us in our mission to help more shelter dogs find the loving homes they deserve by donating to the PEDIGREE® Foundation. Donate
